You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password).
Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to us immediately at office@tajniya.com.
Payments are securely handled via our third-party payment infrastructure, Stripe.
By executing a purchase, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge the designated payment method for the full transaction amount. We do not store or process your financial card metrics on our infrastructure.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your learning experience. Therefore, we offer a transparent refund framework:
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not fully satisfied with the course structure, you are eligible to request a full refund within seven (7) days of your initial purchase date.
To request a refund, you must email our official support line at support@tajniya.com within the 7-day window with your purchase receipt.
After the expiration of seven (7) days from the purchase date, all fees paid become strictly non-refundable.
Refund Methods: Customers can receive their refund back to the original payment method through Stripe (which takes 5 to 10 business days). Alternatively, customers can request a direct refund via PayPal by coordinating directly with our support team through our official email (support@tajniya.com). Direct PayPal refunds will also be processed within 5 to 10 business days.
All our educational programs are 100% digital. No physical items will be shipped or delivered to your physical address.
Upon successful payment confirmation through Stripe, access to the course portal and digital materials will be granted instantly to your student dashboard or delivered to your registered email address.
All content included in our courses, such as text, graphics, videos, logos, and digital curriculum layouts, is the exclusive property of MedEquip Supplies LLC.
Your enrollment grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the materials for personal educational use only. Sharing, reselling, or reproducing our course contents without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.
